Upgrading WordPress can sometimes be tricky and time consuming to do properly.

Don't become a victim to data loss because you didn't perform the necessary backups before hitting the 'Update WordPress' button!

• We perform a complete backup of your website and the database, which we provide to you after the upgrade.
• We disable all the plugins and upgrade WordPress. After upgrading, we reactivate the the plugins and check to be sure the site is working properly and none of the plugins are causing any issues.
• In the event that a WordPress upgrade fails, we will manually upgrade the software.

Notes: If you are upgrading from a version of WordPress that is prior to 2.7, additional costs will apply. If you have hacked the WordPress core in any way, we are not responsible for the loss of these alterations!
